Over the years, Curtis started several businesses and, through it all, FNB was there to help with financing. The U.S. Lawns franchise was established in 1986 and has since grown to over 250 locations. With a commercial landscaping focus, there are two main services they can provide – maintenance and installation. Maintenance includes anything from mowing and blowing to edging and planting. Installation covers anything from landscaping for new neighborhood developments to commercial building campuses and irrigation. This franchise location services Greenville, Anderson, and Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Virginia Heritage Foods, located in Ashland, Virginia, is a grocery wholesale distributor that partners with many supermarket retailers and military commissaries across the state. The company acts as a liaison between manufacturers and retailers, and is able to merchandise, warehouse, and deliver over 300 food items to its customers. Located in Lindenwold, New Jersey, White Horse Rapid Lube is a highly-rated quick-service oil change provider. Originally a Texaco Rapid Lube franchise, the business has now operated independently for over 20 years. Open 6 days a week, White Horse Rapid Lube has three employees who can work on 50-60 cars a day, which is a rare feat for a single-lane oil change business. These qualities made the business an attractive endeavor for new owner Fran Grenier.

In the heart of West Ashley, a neighborhood of Charleston, South Carolina, sits White Key Studios. White Key Studios is a music school that provides lessons and recording space for its students.
