Originally founded in 2013, the franchise has grown to over 20 stores throughout the state of Florida. Their mission is to provide all-natural, healthy food options to their customers in an easy, fast, and convenient environment. Their menu includes items like acai bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wraps, salads, and more — all made from scratch without any added sugars. Their customers get the benefit of quality, healthy food with the convenience of a fast-food restaurant.
Mark Roche and Nicole Henry are the proud new owners of the 3Natives franchise in South Sarasota. Mark’s professional career has been in the executive protection field and he has enjoyed that for over 18 years. Nicole received her Master’s in Educational Leadership and has been a teacher for over 15 years. Coming from very different professional backgrounds, they began discussing their goals for the future and knew that working for themselves would be a great option. Very quickly, they began looking at franchise opportunities and found 3Natives. As they began researching the brand, they fell in love with its mission and the franchise concept. The Franchise put them in contact with Julia Robertson, one of our experienced Business Development Officers, and they were able to determine an SBA loan would be a great fit. Julia was able to structure an SBA 7(a) loan that allowed Mark and Nicole to finance the franchise start-up that included benefits like a lower down payment and longer term.
