Dennis started his career in SBA lending in relationship management and underwriting roles before eventually finding himself as a Business Development Officer. He is passionate about fueling the American Dream for small business owners throughout the Eastern US. By utilizing the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan products, Dennis is able to provide tailored lending solutions to entrepreneurs seeking financing to acquire a business, start a business, or purchase commercial real estate. Dennis was recently a recipient of Coleman Publishing’s Emerging SBA Lender of the Year (Under 40) Award, honoring his accomplishments in SBA lending.
Dennis Wagner is a graduate of Elon University, where he double majored in Marketing and Finance. During his time at Elon, he was a member of the varsity football team where he was a three-year letter winner. He currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and daughter. When he is not busy working with small business owners, Dennis can be found enjoying time outdoors, exploring the great restaurant and brewery scene in Richmond, traveling, and watching as much football as possible in the fall.
