Company owners Ed Batchelor and Jim Harris have proven experience in the property management industry. Mr. Batchelor has a CPA background with over 20 years in multifamily management experience. He joined our company having been with the largest apartment developer in the country. Mr. Harris has been in brokerage and leasing for nearly 15 years.
Mr. Harris and Mr. Batchelor came to need financing to purchase TradeMark Residential from a third partner. In their search for a lending partner, they were referred to Michael Byers by a friend and trusted business colleague. With Michael’s expertise in small business lending, he was able to secure funding for the partner buy-out with an SBA Advantage loan (previously known as the 7(a) program).
