Jade Knight had over 10 years of corporate accounting experience before deciding she wanted to take the leap and do something on her own. She aspired to own her own business and fell in love with the Clean Eatz concept. After attending a Discovery Day with the franchise, she felt it was a great fit and decided to move forward.
