Joanne has over 35 years of experience in bank lending with 16 of those focused specifically on SBA lending programs. Her interest in business finance was sparked early on through her involvement in her father’s business, where she witnesses firsthand the value of having a trusted banking partner. Today, she brings that same personalized service and expert financial expertise to each business’s unique needs. Her commitment to excellence has earned her recognition, including the U.S. SBA North District and Florida State SBA Financial Service Award.

Throughout her SBA career, she has helped hundreds of clients realize their dream of business ownership. Many of her loyal clients return again and again for SBA financing as their businesses grow. In her role at FNB Small Business Finance, Joanne consults with each business owner to understand their needs and challenges and help determine the best financing structure for their current and future success.

She is a member of the BBF and a volunteer with the Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF), a CDFI, private non-profit loan fund that specializes in providing loans and financial technical assistance services to underserved small businesses throughout Florida. When she’s not working, Joanne enjoys walking, metal detecting, UFC events, trips to the Florida beaches and Georgia Blue Ridge mountains, and spending time with her friends, family, and dogs.
